Achievement of PQASSO Quality Mark Level 2
Lanarkshire Carers Centre is delighted to announce our achievement of Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations (PQASSO) Quality Mark at Level 2. We have been proud holders of the award at Level 1 for the past six years and we are delighted that the work of our dedicated board, staff, volunteers and involvement of carers achieved prestigious accolade now at Level 2.
PQASSO is a tailor made quality assurance system for small organisations and awards are granted following a rigorous external accreditation process. Lanarkshire Carers Centre welcomed the external assessor for a three day site visit at the end of last year and received confirmation last week that we had achieved Level 2. This external confirmation of our continual improvement agenda is warmly welcomed.
