Our Carer Registration Card scheme enables carers to access a wide range of offers and discounts from a variety of local retailers, suppliers and services.
To apply for a Carer Registration Card, you must:

Please Note: If you are not registered with Lanarkshire Carers Centre, we cannot issue you with a Carer Registration Card and your application will not be processed. To check if you are registered, please call us on 01698 428090 / 01236 755550.
It can take up to 30 days for new card applications to be processed. If you have recently applied and have not received your card after 30 days, please get in touch with us.
All card holders must read and agree to the Carer Registration Card terms and conditions before use. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw your card if you do not follow these terms and conditions:

All carers requesting a Carer Registration Card for the first time can access up to 8 weeks free membership to local leisure facilities (eligibility criteria applies and current members of leisure schemes are excluded). We will also send you information on the Well Connected programme when issuing your card, which enables people to take part in and benefit from activities and services that can improve wellbeing.
If you know of a local business that would be able to offer carers a discount or some other type of offer then please let us know so that we can extend the offer to all carers in Lanarkshire.
Please contact us if you have lost or misplaced your Carer Registration Card and we can issue you with a replacement. There may be a charge for a replacement card.
Your Carer Registration Card is valid for 12 months. We will remind you when your card is due for renewal and you can advise us if you wish to renew the card.
An expiry date is printed on the front of the card. If the expiry date has passed, your card is no longer valid and will need to be replaced. Please contact us and we will be able to issue you with a replacement card.
