Laughter Club

Our first Laughter Club workshop recently took place in Cumbernauld. From the photos you can see it was a great success.

Laughter Club involves a person laughing. They simply laugh out loud even if they don’t feel like it, at first. People initially make themselves laugh out loud. This is called ‘voluntary’ laughter. Then after a while, people start to laugh for real and soon everyone is having a great time. 

Our Laughter club workshops aim to impart some of the benefits it can bring:

  • Making you feel fitter
  • Reducing stress levels
  • Reducing your risk of depression and anxiety
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Lowering your blood pressure
  • Making you feel more energetic
