Are you an Unpaid Carer, supporting a friend, relative or neighbour?

Do you know you have new rights under the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016?

South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership has asked Lanarkshire Carers Centre to let carers know about a survey they are currently carrying out. This survey will help inform future service planning. There are questions and feedback boxes in the survey, for you to leave comments and other information you would like to give, and help make sure that your voice is heard.

Complete this short survey to have your say about support and services in South Lanarkshire: https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=155013348803
