South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership are holding a drop in session focusing on the first phase of significant plans to modernise care and where you will have the opportunity to hear about the new South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care hub that is opening in Blantyre.

The Information event is taking place on: Wednesday 31 July 2019 at Blantyre Miners Welfare from 2pm - 7pm. All are welcome to attend.
